  • Louise's Kitchen - It was built in 1904, churns up happiness into its loyal customers' hearts. Here, you can taste their special items that will rock your Sunday brunch. Even the kids address this place as ''that place with the pancakes". What takes these pancakes to the next level is the scratch made vanilla bean syrup. Louise’s Kitchen focuses on serving tasty and filling breakfast or lunch. Stop in on your way back from a local hike, located downtown Black Mountain, you are never too far away from the Big Boy Burrito.


  • Blue Ridge Biscuit Company - The place is famous for offering jaw-dropping breakfast and lunch dishes like mountainous biscuits, doughnuts and muffins that are almost the size of your head. Their Motto is to serve biscuits with a twist, like biscuits topped with pimento cheese, fried pickles, smoked salmon, cream, lettuce, red onions and a poached egg.
